Outstanding Youth Achievement Awards

The Outstanding Youth Achievement Awards (OYAA) recognize youth involved in their Yukon communities in constructive and positive ways (volunteering, fundraising, helping seniors and elders, being a positive role model, etc.). These young people have bettered themselves, their community and others through their actions.

Recipients will receive:

  2. a poster featuring their photo and synopsis of their achievements; and
  3. a certificate of recognition from the Commissioner's Office.

Each nominee must be:

  • a Yukon resident
  • between 15 and 20 years old (by April 1 of the nomination year).
